Angela Brookins, Director
Angela brings in-depth knowledge of market rate housing to Granger Group from her recent experience with Greystar Real Estate Partners and AMP Residential. Her work includes direct management of 16 market rate properties consisting of 4,489 units. Included in this oversight, she undertook the purchasing and development of new sites by supplying a detailed analysis on asset condition, deferred maintenance, unit styles, and market conditions to include demographics, median income, job growth, market rents and property reputation. Through this discipline, she built a diversified and profitable portfolio for owners and investors alike.
