Granger Group fills key leadership roles to drive future vision

Wyoming, Mich. (July 31, 2019) – Granger Group is pleased to welcome three new team members who have taken leadership positions with the organization. Jason Grupe, Chief Operating Officer, Mike Johnson, Director of Property Management and Terry Wolter, Director of Development.

Jason Grupe will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company including development, construction, sales and marketing, finance, human resources, and design. Jason will also manage relationships with key business partners while implementing operational systems and processes to accommodate organizational objectives. “The move to Granger Group is an incredible opportunity for me to apply over a decade of financial and strategic real estate planning experience in a thriving West Michigan market,” said Grupe.

Terry Wolter will provide leadership to the development team and spearhead land development initiatives, specifically taking them from concept into reality. He will also manage the entitlement process by garnering municipal project support and designing criteria for project sites alongside project architects, general contractors and tenants.

Mike Johnson will manage nearly 2,000,000 square feet of commercial, retail, medical office and industrial property for Granger Group owned Investment Property Management (IPM) across the State of Michigan. IPM manages Granger Group owned assets and provides property management services to other companies looking to maximize their real estate investment.

While the Granger Group portfolio extends throughout Michigan, the team is currently dedicating a large amount of its resources to four development projects specifically in West Michigan. These includes Metro Health The Village in Wyoming, MI, Park Place retail development in Zeeland, MI, Quincy Marketplace in Holland, MI and The Reserve single-family homes and apartments in Wyoming, MI.
