HOLLAND TWP. — A new marketplace is coming to north Holland. The development by Granger Group, which centers on Michigan’s newest Blain’s Farm & Fleet location, is called Quincy Marketplace. It will be located on the southeast corner of the U.S.-31 and Quincy Street intersection. “Quincy Marketplace was designed to provide an incredible, lively retail experience within the prosperous city of Holland, Michigan,” Granger Group wrote in a prepared statement. “Once residents visit, they will find it difficult to leave this prime destination in the heart of north Holland.”
An updated site plan includes 13 parcels in addition to the 106,000-square-foot Farm & Fleet, including five restaurant sites ranging from 3,200 to 6,500 square feet, a 72,000-square-foot hotel site, five retail sites ranging from 6,240 to 75,000 square feet, a 4,000-square-foot bank and a 7,500-square-foot gas station. Tenant names have not yet been released, and retail/restaurant space may be altered before completion. “The large number of unique retailers, as well as incredible convenience, are both hallmarks of the marketplace,” the statement read. “Situated along a flourishing strip of U.S.-31, Quincy Marketplace meets the daily needs of residents, while also providing them opportunities to invest in their personal and professional well-being.” While the Farm & Fleet is scheduled for completion in the fall, the first retail building should be delivered by July 1.
